Director of Education
Regular, Full-time

The College is looking for a creative and experienced individual to develop curriculum, maintain programs, provide visionary leadership to an exceptional team of faculty and staff, and build and maintain connections in the education and hospitality communities. 
 
Qualifications:
A successful candidate will have:

  • a bachelor's degree in education, hospitality, business administration or related field
  • at least 5 years' teaching experience in post-secondary education
  • minimum 5 years'  experience in an administrative role
  • knowledge of budgeting and financial statements
  • excellent English oral, written and presentation skills
  • experience in writing promotional materials, press releases, proposals and reports
  • excellent organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills
Preference will be given to those who have:
  • a master's degree
  • have education or work experience in hospitality
  • have board experience
  • worked in the private education sector and have knowledge of PCTIA and student loans
