Industry Testimonials

David Goguen
Assistant General Manager
Holiday Inn Vancouver Centre
www.hivancouver.com

As an Assistant General Manager of a mid-scale brand it is evident that the guests' expectation of service is more prominent than ever. The challenge to let the guests be in control of their own experience is what leads me to work with my teams to develop a service level comparable to that of a five star hotel.

The excitement and the forever-changing industry continues to challenge me personally and professionally.

Kathryn Warren
General Manager
Radison President Hotel & Suites Vancouver Airport

The Radisson President Hotel & Suites has benefited greatly from participating in VPC's student practicum program, which resulted in the hiring of some of VPC's graduates. One has risen through the ranks to the position of Assistant Front Office Manager, while another is our Reservations Supervisor. Although Vancouver has many other hospitality educational institutions, we have always chosen to work with Vancouver Premier College because it's a well established facility, has an excellent reputation, and we have always found the graduates to be top notch.

Nassiba Zouinati
Director of Housekeeping
Fairmont Hotel Vancouver

The genuine smiles and the warm hearts of the staff at VPC made my time as a student unforgettable. The variety of cultures and languages in the school hall-ways broadened my mind and opened me up to new ideas, which I am using today to move my career forward. I am proud to  have been part of VPC as I graduated with confidence and a will to succeed. VPC is all about people, pride and a relentless pursuit of excellence in the hospitality industry.
