Pursue our Food Service Management Certificate Program and master the skills needed in the food and beverage sector of hospitality. Careers in food and beverage are varied and include food and beverage servers or managers, banquet managers, executive chefs, bartenders, nightclub managers and restaurant owners/operators. Worksites are also diverse, including fast food outlets, fine dining restaurants, lounges, pubs, nightclubs private clubs, catering firms and cruise ship dining rooms.
Certification at Completion:
- Certificate of Specialization in Food Service Management from Vancouver Premier College of Hotel Management
- Certificate of Specialization in Food & Beverage Management from American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA)
- Four (4) Course Certificates from AH&LA
