Applications must be received by Vancouver Premier College a minimum of 30 days prior to your first night.

Homestay Cancellation Policy: If you wish to change or cancel your homestay,  a written notice must be provided. Please note the $270 Homestay Placement Fee is non-refundable unless the placement has not been processed plus the cancellation is due to study permit rejection. In this case, the original or a certified true copy of the visa rejection letter must be submitted. Please refer to the following for refund on homestay fees.

  1. Unable to enter Canada due to visa difficulties: Paid homestay fee will be fully refunded.
  2. Canceling with more than 14 days notice prior to arrival: The College will retain 20% of the homestay fee due under the contract.
  3. Canceling with less than 14 days notice prior to arrival: The College will retain 50% of the homestay fee due under the contract.
