Certificate of Specialization - Food Service Management*
1 Semester, 4 - 6 months

Do you have a passion for food? Do you take pride in your professional appearance and attitude? Do you have a creative side?

 

Pursue our Food Service Management Certificate Program and master the skills needed in the food and beverage sector of hospitality. Careers in food and beverage are varied and include food and beverage servers or managers, banquet managers, executive chefs, bartenders, nightclub managers and restaurant owners/operators. Worksites are also diverse, including fast food outlets, fine dining restaurants, lounges, pubs, nightclubs private clubs, catering firms and cruise ship dining rooms.

 

Optional Practicum is available for this program.
