All applicants must:

  1. Be a minimum of 17 years of age
     
  2. Have graduated from high school - Students will be required to submit high school and/or college/university transcripts and diploma. Students who did not complete high school but are 19 years or older may apply for Mature Student Status - contact an Admissions Executive for more details.
     
  3. Submit a Statement of Intent on the topic "Why I Wish to Work in the Hospitality Industry."
     
  4. Proof of English Proficiency - All students must have a level of English sufficient to write assignments, understand class lectures, and take part in class discussions. Students are required to submit, along with your application, one of the following:

  5. Writing Course Placement:
    Students will be placed in ENGL 109 College Composition (3 credits) or COMM 225 Managerial Communications (3 credits), or Academic English Writing 098 (non-credit) based on their writing test scores. All students must demonstrate their writing skills through one of the following:
