All applicants must:

  1. Be a minimum of 17 years of age
  2. Have graduated from high school - Students will be required to submit high school graduation transcripts and diploma. Students who have graduated from a college or university may submit college or university graduation transcripts and diploma instead. Students who did not complete high school or high education but are 19 years or older may apply for Mature Student Status - contact an Admissions Executive for more details.
  3. Submit a Statement of Intent, approximately 150 words, on the topic "Why I Wish to Work in the Hospitality Industry."
  4. Proof of English Proficiency - All students must have a level of English sufficient to write assignments, understand class lectures, and take part in class discussions. Students are required to submit, along with your application, one of the following:
